Changes of JA T3 System Plugin in V1.6

Remove core and local folder

In the T3 v1.6 there aren’t core and local folder, instead of them are etc and themes folders. New folder structure will like that:

  • All core/user-modified profiles will be stored in etc/profiles.
  • All core/user-modified layouts will be stored in etc/layouts.
  • All core/user-modified themes will be stored in themes.

And in first run of T3 v1.6, it will convert from old folder structure to new folder structure. However if it can’t convert (can’t permission to write in template folder), T3 v1.6 can still process with old folder structure as normal, user have right to view Profiles, Layouts and Themes only.

The core folder
