Developers who want to develop JD T3 Framework 2.0 based Drupal templates are bound to some conditions:

1. JD T3 Framework 2.0 for Drupal 6 is released under GNU/GPL License.

2. Copyright info from the top of all files is to be maintained by the developer / end user.

3. Due credit for the copyright holder "JoomlArt.com" should be mentioned and linked back to http://t3.joomlart.com/drupal/, whenever used for commercial offering by developers however, but end users are not bound by this condition.

4. Display of credit by end user is at their discretion, but in any circumstances the copyrights / credits in the files header is to be retained.

JD T3 Framework 2.0 for Drupal Logo Branding

1. Any developer using T3 Framework for commercial purposes can show the logo in the footer linked back to http://t3.joomlart.com/drupal on the final product.

2. End users are not bound by this condition.
